The philosophy of Kidango is based on the belief that every child deserves an opportunity for comprehensive development. Your child comes to our preschool program with certain strengths that we expand upon and reinforce. These strengths are based on the learning and teaching styles of your home, which are influenced by the structure and cultural background of your family. Our philosophy is reinforced in an educational curriculum that is developmentally appropriate, child centered and individualized to your child’s needs. We know that your child has a great capacity to learn and that each teacher must provide a loving, nurturing and homelike environment, an opportunity to experiment and use play for academic success.

The goals and objectives of Kidango's preschool program are to provide a high quality curriculum and environment that is culturally and linguistically appropriate and responsive to individual needs to promote each child's social-emotional, cognitive, language and physical development as the foundation of learning. The long term goal of Kidango's preschool program is for children to be successful in school and throughout their lives and to provide each child with a positive self-concept, a joy for learning and ability to work and play with others in a safe, creative and fun environment.
